Highly developed and reliable infrastructure

Traffic accessibility and transportation paths, communications and data transmission, quality of construction and standard of office equipment – infrastructure is vital to the efficient processing of any and all business matters. The infrastructure in the Greater Zurich Area is among the most state-of-the-art and best in the world. Reliability, punctuality and cost efficiency are a given.

Excellent transport connections

The Greater Zurich Area lies in the heart of Europe and is remarkably easy to access. A dense network of roads and railways, and access to several international airports in Switzerland and other nearby countries make for optimum mobility and world-famous punctuality in personal and public transportation. On a total area of 41'000 km2 (15800 square miles), the region has 70'000 kilometers (43’500 miles) of roads and some 5’000 kilometers (3’100 miles) of rails.
